PRIVACY Information to Article 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016
In accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of the European Regulation 679/2016, we wish to inform you of the following:
Purpose of the treatment:
Your personal data, freely communicated and acquired as a result of the activity carried out by Eurosets Srl, will be processed in a lawful and correct manner for the following purposes:
- Subscription of the terms of use of the app “ecls.eurosets.com”;
- Sending replies to the submitted survey;
- Create a Database for statistical purposes.
The data processed are up to date, relevant, complete and not excessive in relation to the purposes listed above for which they are collected and subsequently processed.
Processing methods:
Data will be processed, in compliance with the necessary security and confidentiality, through the following procedures: collection of data from the app, collected and recorded for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and used in further processing operations in terms compatible with these purposes, processing carried out with the aid of electronic and automated tools (data collection via data transmission, directly from the interested party).
Legal basis of processing:
The legal basis of the processing of your personal data is based on agreement on the terms&conditions.
Legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller:
The legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller in the data processing is to improve the products and to create a database for survey and make it available to users of the app;
Mandatory or optional nature of the provision of data and consequences of a refusal to respond:
The provision of data is mandatory for the data controller to provide the requested use of the app. In case of refusal it will therefore be impossible to proceed with the relationship and the holder will not be able to fulfill the service.
Communication of data to third parties:
Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, by the Data Processors appointed and by the strictly authorized processing officers. They can be communicated to the institutional bodies in case of request. Your data may be communicated as a result of inspections or checks (if requested), to all the inspection bodies responsible for checks concerning the regularity of legal obligations. Your personal data are not subject to disclosure.
Storage times:
Data will be retained for an indefinite period in relation to the statistical purposes
Existence of an automated decision-making process:
There is no automated decision making process.
Intention of personal data processing owner:
The Data Controller will not transfer your personal data to any third country or international organization.

The interested party may at any time exercise the rights reserved to him by Regulation 679/2016 - Right of access to personal data and other rights -
The Interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him / her, even if not registered yet, and their communication in intelligible form. The Interested party has the right to obtain the indication of the origin of personal data; the purposes and methods of the processing; the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; the identifying details of the Controller, of the responsible and of the designated representative according to article 5, paragraph 2; the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents. The interested party has the right to obtain the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block of data processed in violation of law, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; certification that the operations referred to letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also referring to the content, of those to whom data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfilment is impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. The Interested party has the right to object, wholly or partly on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; on the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. In particular, the interested party may at any time request the Data Controller to access personal data and to rectify or cancel them or limit their processing or to oppose their treatment, in addition to the right to data portability. The interested party has the right to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given prior to the revocation and has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
